Cancellation Policy

Ceremony requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without the required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.

Service Adjustments

If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist. Additional service charges may apply. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full-service charges will apply for an adjustment. All service sales are final.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Apple Pay, or Visa or MasterCard Debit Cards. Please no personal checks or cash. All sales are final.
